Our studio is available for rehearsals, workshops, birthdays, bachelorette parties, company parties and so much more!

No smoking or vaping inside the studio or lobby.
Beer cans, alcohol bottles, cigarettes, and cannabis must be removed from the property by the end of booking.
Empty out the trash can and recycle bin.
Guests must remove any equipment and personal belongings by the end of booking.
Trash and recycling dumpsters are located on the other end of the building connected to the studio (towards Westbrook Metals).

$55 per hour for bookings of less than 25 people (rehearsals/workshops)
$150 per hour for bookings of over 25 people (events/parties)
An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied to bookings of over 25 people for a duration of 3 or more hours.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking and signing.
